Key responsibilities may include:
- **Client Reception**:Greeting clients and visitors in a professional manner, directing them to the appropriate agent or department.
- **Telephone Management**:Answering and directing phone calls promptly, taking messages, and scheduling appointments.
- **Appointment Scheduling**:Coordinating property viewings, open houses, and client meetings with real estate agents.
- **Administrative Support**:Managing office calendars, maintaining client files, data entry, and generating necessary documents.
- **Office Maintenance**:Ensuring the office space is clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies.
- **Communication**:Effectively communicating with clients, agents, and other staff members regarding appointment updates and important information.
- **Marketing Support**:Assisting with marketing materials, updating listings on real estate platforms, and managing social media presence.
