**EXPERIENCE**
- 2+ yrs of experience in Copywriting.
- Must be from a digital agency
- Good with digital ideation
- Must've worked with big brands and new age campaigns

**TECHNICAL SKILL REQUISITE**
- Microsoft Office savvy
- Command over US English/usage as well as Hindi
- Comprehensive knowledge of Social & Digital Media, Online Marketing, Publishing platforms and abreast with latest industry trends.
- Dynamic written communication, presentation and oration skills; strong hold on language
- Strong understanding of the changing role of digital media in brand development
- Highly organized to be able to handle multiple deadline-driven projects and workflows

**PERSONNEL SKILL REQUISITE**
- Expresses clearly and an active listener to constructive feedback and instructions
- Eagerness to learn and explore various facets of the job with an enthusiasm to share learning with others
- An enthusiast and fanatic of new-age digital advertising
- Must be able to perform and be collaborative under pressure situations and tight deadlines
- Must be adept at working in a dynamic team structure
- Willingness to undertake a variety of work not limited to the role/job specifications with an ongoing commitment to achieving high quality results

**QUALIFICATION**
- Post Graduate, Graduate or holder of UGC approved Diploma in Mass Media / Marketing Communication / Advertising or equivalent
- Certification in Digital Media / SEO / SEM / Ecommerce/Strategy or Planning will be added honours
