**Job Summary**:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Accounting Functions:
Maintain accurate financial records including ledgers, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and trial balances.

Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.

Monitor and reconcile bank accounts and petty cash transactions.

Process monthly payroll and calculate employee benefits, taxes, and deductions.

Prepare and process invoices for clients and vendors in a timely manner.

Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements (e.g., GST, TDS, etc.).

Prepare and file all necessary tax returns (GST, TDS, Income Tax) and support tax audits.

Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and reports.

2. Management Information Systems (MIS) Reporting:
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on project-wise costs, revenues, and budgets.

Analyze financial data and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management to assess the company’s financial performance.

Track project budgets, expenditure, and profitability to help improve project management and cost control.

Develop financial forecasting models to aid decision-making for future projects and initiatives.

Collaborate with project managers to gather data for MIS reporting and provide insights into project financials.

Develop reports on cash flow projections, working capital, and other financial indicators.

3. Budgeting and Forecasting:
Assist in creating detailed project budgets and financial forecasts.

Regularly monitor and review budget performance, highlighting any discrepancies or potential risks.

Recommend improvements to ensure effective budgeting and financial management for design projects.

4. Data Management & Documentation:
Maintain well-organized and accurate financial records, files, and documents for easy retrieval and reference.

Implement and oversee internal controls for financial data integrity.

5. General Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative support to the finance team and senior management as required.

Assist in reviewing contracts and project agreements to ensure compliance with financial terms.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Proven experience (6month-1 years) as an Accounts Executivepreferably in the interior design or construction industry.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
