**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement generative AI solutions that meet the needs of clients and align with the company's overall strategy.
- Design solutions that balance out speed with enterprise scalability and find appropriate solutions that fit the purpose.
- Lead a team of AI professionals to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Stay up to date with the latest AI trends and technologies to continuously improve the company's offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI solutions and drive innovation.
- Provide thought leadership and guidance to clients on the benefits and limitations of generative AI solutions.
- Design and develop end-to-end solutions that align with business processes and technology roadmaps.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to others.
- Formulate innovative ideas and solutions on products, processes and systems.
- Solve complex or unusual problems in consideration of the potential impacts.
- Negotiate the needs of multiple users or business partners.
- Balance between IT standards and strategies and business needs to guide well-informed decisions.

**Required Qualifications**:

- 8-10 years of experience in AI development and architecture, with a focus on generative AI solutions.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and deep learning frameworks.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms and big data technologies.
- Bachelor’s in engineering, preferably from Tier-I institute.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Comprehensive knowledge of fundamentals and operating principles of architecture.
- In-depth understanding of the company's products, services, and business processes.
- Ability to manage business partner expectations at a senior level.
- Experience in managing vendors necessary to complete a project.
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Advanced knowledge of AI development and architecture, with a focus on generative AI solutions.
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Expertise in current and future technology architecture, including the interoperability of technologies.
- Specialized software knowledge in AI development and architecture.
- Experience in leading and managing large-scale AI projects.
- Experience in developing and implementing AI solutions in a variety of industries.
