1. Recommends and defines operational objectives and develops specific short-and long-term plans to achieve organizational growth & Provides guidance and focus to the department to develop and implement business plans

2. Researches & analyses new products, pricing & services in the market and introduces these ideas in lines of the operational budget to achieve maximum profitability.

3. Identifies key drivers of business success and keeps team focused on the critical processes to achieve results; ensures integration of hotel goals in departmental game-plans

4. Integrates business information and foresees events which may directly or indirectly affect the department’s business plan and works on an effective strategy to address the same.

5. Establishes, in co-ordination with Senior Management Team, plans objectives and strategies to build a positive image thereby maximizing customer satisfaction and goodwill.

6. Formulates the Annual Operating Budget to determine the projected revenues and expenses, operating equipment and FF&E requirements in line with the compilation of the Annual Business Plan.

7. Contributes in Developing and implementing (Department) service standards regarding the quality of product & Service.

8. Develops, interprets and implements the hotel policies, operating procedures, training programs, manuals, directives, work schedules, rules and regulations for the (Department)staff and personnel and also plans and organizes successful (Department) activities like promotions and food festivals in the hotel and overseas.

9. Develops and monitors strategies, procedures and policies for enhancing revenue and controlling expenses.

10. Develop annual plans and set realistic goals for the hotel that supports the unit’s overall sales and marketing objectives.

11. Direct an integrated marketing communications strategy for the hotel that effectively communicates to target customers the property’s positioning in order to optimise customer preference, revenue and growth.

12. Establish specific marketing metrics for each program/project in conjunction with brand research, measurement and analysis. Direct testing and tracking and provide regular, proactive reporting on key measures (such as revenue, awareness, share shift etc.) to all stakeholders. Understand and leverage results to optimise program performance to meet goals.

13. Maximize media visibility for the hotel in targeted publications (print and online). Set goals, benchmark results & work with a creative mindset to develop fresh angles and opportunities that position the hotel as innovative and unique.

14. Evaluate the media on a regular basis and challenge efforts to deliver against new opportunities identified for the hotel - traditional print and online.

15. Be an informed leader in regards to luxury competitors and the hospitality space.

16. Position senior management as the local 'go to' industry spokespersons for relevant media and industry bodies.

17. Tie all public relations efforts to the bigger picture thus resulting in revenue generation.

**18. **Embrace projects with a sense of urgency with the utmost attention paid to enhancing and respecting the image of the company.

19. Act independently to improve and increase skills and knowledge & Willing to learn from others.

20. Ensure all hotel publicity promotions are in keeping with The Pride brand image and reflect the highest level of professionalism in content and presentation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
