**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in planning, setting up, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, and Remarketing).
- Conduct keyword/video research and competitor analysis to enhance ad performance.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for key metrics like CTR, CPC, Quality Score, and ROI.
- Write compelling ad copies and test multiple variations for better engagement.
- Collaborate with team to create effective ad creatives and landing pages.
- Track and report campaign performance, providing actionable insights for improvement.
- A/B test different ad strategies to improve performance.
- Implement audience targeting and remarketing strategies for better conversions.
- Stay updated with Google Ads trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
- 1-3 years of experience managing Google Ads PPC campaigns.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for campaign analysis and reporting.
- Prior experience in running lead generation campaigns is preferred.
- Hands on experience in tools like SEMRUSH and AHREFS.
