Job Title: Grant Specialist

Department: Fund Development - Grants

Location: Nagpur

Employment Type: Full-time Employee/Contractor

Compensation: ₹45,000 - ₹60,000 per month

Reports To: Director of Grants (Sewa International USA Inc.)

Working Hours: 40 hours per week

Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

Grant Research & Relationship Management (25%)

Identify and research grant opportunities that align with organizational objectives.

Foster and maintain relationships with project teams and foundations.

Proposal Development (45%)

Develop grant proposals, concept notes, and RFIs tailored to matching grants.

Coordinate and review proposals with stakeholders, including project teams and the Legal & Compliance team.

Implementation & Compliance (30%)

Collaborate with project teams to define implementation plans, budgets, and resource allocations.

Maintain detailed records of grant opportunities, proposals, and deadlines.

Ensure timely submission of reports, pictures, and videos per contractual obligations.

**Qualifications**:
Strong writing and articulation skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Admin, HR, and Finance.

Proficiency in maintaining records and ensuring compliance with grant requirements.
