StrategyDotZero is Gravity’s proprietary platform intended to disrupt the way strategy is designed and executed across organisations.

We are looking to hire a **Senior Data Scientist** for the India Office - this is an Urgent requirement which might require immediate travel to the Client location abroad.
- We are looking for Data Scientist with a dashing personality and curious mind to own new analytics initiatives at Gravity iLabs, focusing on prototyping and launching new products. We need this role to have ownership of developing and deploying predictive models and ML-driven product offerings in collaboration with product designers and developers to create novel visualization experiences.
- You will also need to consult directly with our high-profile clients and be articulate and be an effective communicator.
- You have at least** 10 years of industry experience** in data mining, machine learning, statistical analysis, and modelling with knowledge and interest to explore AI
- You have a keen interest in data analytics services and a passion for shipping high-quality decisions making and delivering to business needs
- You are able to self-manage your priorities and deliverables while working in a fast-paced, startup open culture environment
- You have a solid analytical mind with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, ML Models, ML Infrastructure, Natural Language Processing and Modeling
- Proficient skill in at least two common programming languages (R or Python, as well as C/C++, GAMS, Stata, MATLAB or equivalent)
- Expertise in time series analysis (must have)
- You have a spark that separates you from the crowd and ability to think out of the box and on your feet
- You possess multi-dimensional skills that make you a valuable co-worker in a fast, changing and ambiguous environment
- You can articulate complicated technical concepts clearly and effectively
- Mentor early-career data scientists/data engineers and help scale the AI/ML team in future

**Plus to have**:

- Experience with Big Data infrastructure and cloud-based analytics tools is an advantage (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Docker, Spark, Hadoop, AMLS, BigQuery)
- Consulting background

**Educational Qualification**:

- You have a Bachelors or Masters or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or any quantitative disciplines.

- Interesting hobby projects, open-source contributions, etc., or anything that you like indulging in your free time
- Sharing of knowledge - via either formal mentoring, reviewing code, reviewing design documents, providing technical talks, teaching classes, or as a consultant on projects
