Fashion Designer

**Responsibilities**:
Create and develop innovative and visually appealing designs for sarees.

Research and identify fashion trends, colors, fabrics, and techniques relevant to saree design.

Develop sketches, technical drawings, and specifications for sample production.

Collaborate with the design team and other departments to ensure design concepts are aligned with production feasibility and market demands.

Select and source appropriate fabrics, trims, and accessories for saree production.

Oversee and guide the sample production process, ensuring quality and adherence to design specifications.

Conduct fittings and make necessary adjustments to prototypes and samples.

Stay updated on emerging fashion trends, consumer preferences, and competitor analysis.

Maintain a strong understanding of the target market, customer preferences, and cultural influences.

Adhere to project timelines and deliver designs within the specified deadlines.

Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and maintain the brand's aesthetic integrity.

Provide creative input and contribute to the overall design strategy and vision of the organization.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
Proven experience as a fashion designer, preferably with a focus on saree design.

Proficiency in design software and tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, willcome).

Strong sketching and illustration skills.

In-depth knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and têxtile printing techniques.

Understanding of color theory, pattern making, and draping.

Creative flair, originality, and an eye for detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Adaptability and openness to feedback and collaboration.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
