**Responsibilities**:

Conduct Workshops and Seminars: Organize and conduct workshops and seminars on career-related topics such as resume writing, interview techniques, job search strategies, and networking best practices. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements to provide relevant guidance to students.

6. Industry Partnerships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with employers, industry experts, and alumni to ensure relevance and accuracy in career counseling services. Collaborate on internships, job fairs, and guest lecture opportunities.

7. Research and Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data on student career outcomes, industry trends, and job market demands to measure the effectiveness of career counseling initiatives and make data-driven decisions.

Qualifications and Skills:

- A Master's degree in Counseling, Career Development, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Career Advisor or Career Counselor, preferably in an educational environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with students, faculty, and employers.
- Strong knowledge of career assessments, guidance techniques, and job search strategies.
- In-depth understanding of various industries and the ability to stay updated with ongoing market trends.
- Proficiency in using career counseling software and tools.
