Hair Stylist

In this role, you'll play a vital role in shaping the next generation of hairstylists by providing them with a comprehensive and practical education. You'll develop and deliver engaging curriculum covering all aspects of hairstyling, from hair theory and basic techniques to advanced cutting, coloring, and styling methods.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver hairstyling curriculum for various program levels
- Instruct students on theoretical knowledge of hair structure, growth cycles, and scalp health
- Demonstrate and teach practical hairstyling techniques, including cutting, coloring, perming, and styling
- Provide personalized feedback and guidance to students to help them hone their skills and confidence
- Maintain a safe and positive learning environment in the classroom and salon setting
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and techniques in the hairstyling industry
- Participate in curriculum development and program improvement initiatives
- May be responsible for managing student progress, grading assignments, and evaluating practical skills

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a licensed hairstylist with a minimum of 1-2 years in the industry
- Strong understanding of all aspects of hairstyling, including cutting, coloring, and styling techniques
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teaching skills
- Ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences
- Passion for education and a desire to inspire students
- Patience and a positive attitude
- A valid Cosmetology Instructor's License is a plus

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
