**Job Summary**

The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, including bookkeeping, vendor payments, bank reconciliations, GST returns, and assisting with audits. This role supports the finance team in ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with statutory regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP or other accounting software.
- Prepare and verify purchase bills, sales invoices, and journal entries.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable including follow-up on outstanding dues.
- Manage bank transactions, reconciliations, and cash book maintenance.
- File GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9), TDS, and other tax compliances.
- Coordinate with vendors and clients for account-related queries.
- Assist in monthly and yearly closing of accounts.
- Support internal and statutory audit processes by providing required documentation.
- Maintain records of inventory costing, raw material purchases, and job work-related accounts.
- Generate MIS reports as required by senior management.

**Required Qualifications and Skills**
- **Education**: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
- **Experience**: 2-5 years in a similar role in a manufacturing or industrial company (preferably cables or electricals).
- **Software Proficiency**: Tally ERP, MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table), and accounting tools.
- **Knowledge of**:

- GST, TDS, Income Tax
- Ledger scrutiny
- Reconciliation of vendor accounts and bank statements
- Basic costing and inventory accounting
