**Key Responsibilities**:
**Graphic Design**:

- Design digital and garment print graphics, including social media assets, e-commerce banners, lookbooks, and promotional materials.
- Create on-brand layouts and typography that align with marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to conceptualize and execute campaigns.

**Illustration**:

- Develop original hand-drawn and digitally reinterpreted illustrations for marketing and product use.
- Create artwork that aligns with brand storytelling and collection themes.
- Experiment with various artistic styles to keep designs fresh and innovative.

**Brand Identity Development**:

- Maintain consistency in visual elements across all platforms and materials.
- Assist in evolving and refining the brand's aesthetic in line with current trends and audience preferences.

**Content Collaboration**:

- Work with the social media team to create visually engaging posts and stories.
- Collaborate on product photoshoots to incorporate graphic elements.
- Assist with product packaging and label designs.

**Asset Management**:

- Organize and maintain digital design files and illustration archives.
- Ensure all assets are accessible and reusable for future projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a graphic designer and illustrator, with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in design and illustration software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Procreate).
- Excellent understanding of colour theory, typography, and design principles.
- Ability to balance creative vision with marketing goals.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
