**Aether Prosthetics** is a medical robotics company focused on biosignal processing and bionic limbs for upper limb amputees. We are a small team aiming to make a big impact on a bionic prosthesis market.

We are currently looking for an **Office Boy** to support daily office operations by performing cleaning, clerical and administrative tasks to ensure organized and efficient workspace.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Keep the office clean and organized, including desks, meeting rooms, and common areas
- Ensure supplies like stationery, cleaning and other materials are stocked and accessible
- Deliver documents, files, and packages within the office or to external parties
- Handle filing tasks as required
- Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to employees, visitors and clients
- Assist in setting up meeting rooms for discussions or presentations
- Run small errands such as purchasing office supplies or handling payments
- Assist in packaging to logistic department
- Respond promptly to any ad hoc requests from management
- Ensure office equipment (printers, coffee machines, laptop, intercom, wifi and AC etc.) is clean and functional
- Notify the relevant department about maintenance needs
- Provide support to workshop technicians and instructors by fetching tools, materials, and equipment as needed, and assisting with the setup and execution of workshop tasks

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous but not required
- Punctual, reliable, and organized
- Ability to multitask and follow instructions
- Knowledge of local routes for errands

**Language Preference**:
Hindi, Basic English

**Working Hours**:
Mon-Fri: 10:30 am - 7:00 pm

Saturday: 11:00 am - 5:00 pm

**Salary & Perks**:
INR 6000 - 8000 per month

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Work Location: In person
