- **Role Overview**:_
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with colleges, and corporate organizations for placement collaborations.
- Organize and manage campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and internship programs, workshops, seminars, and industrial visits.
- Actively identify and onboard new institutions for launching our career-oriented courses.
- Track and report placement progress, maintaining accurate records and data.
- Collaborate with the academic team to align course content with industry requirements.
- **Requirements**:_
- **Education**:_
- **Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; MBA in HR/Marketing is preferred.**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or equivalent preferred.
- **Experience**:_
- Prior experience in placement coordination, corporate relations, or career services is an advantage.
- **At least 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or HR**:

- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- **Skills**_
- **Communication**: Excellent communication skill (English, Bengali, Hindi), negotiation, and networking skills. Communicate effectively with students and employers.
- **Analytical skills**: Analyze situations accurately and adopt effective courses of action
- **Research skills**: Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare reports
- **Networking skills**: Network within the community to publicize and promote college offerings

**Must own a personal computer/laptop.**
