6 plus hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12 OTC modules.
- Analyze, design, and configure Oracle EBS OTC modules (Order Management (OM), Accounts Receivable (AR), Advanced Collections, Pricing, Customer Management, etc.).
- Map and document business requirements, translating them to Oracle EBS functional and technical solutions.
- Familiarity with adjacent EBS modules(Inventory, Shipping, Pricing, Finance).
- Develop functional and technical specs for customizations, integrations, and reports using PL/SQL, Forms/Reports, and XML Publisher.
- Document solution changes, customizations, and knowledge articles for users and technical teams.
- Having SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, and Workflow Builder experience is added advantage
- Troubleshoot OTC module issues; lead functional and technical support during implementation, upgrades, and production incidents.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), end-user training sessions, and rollout activities.
- Stay current with Oracle EBS updates and best practice enhancements.
- Coordinate with sales, finance, and IT teams for seamless Oracle EBS adoption.
- Integration know-how with external sales or CRM platforms.
- Experience in global rollouts and multi-entity environments.
- Deliver regular status reports and progress updates to stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Capable of managing client relationships and project timelines.
- Familiarity with AWS components preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in team settings.
