**Job description**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic fresher to join our manufacturing team as a Production Supervisor. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about production management, eager to learn, and ready to take on challenges in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Production Oversight**:

- Supervise daily production activities to ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Monitor production schedules and coordinate with teams to meet deadlines.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure products meet company quality standards.
- Identify and address issues affecting production quality.
- **Team Coordination**:

- Manage and support production workers, ensuring clear communication and task allocation.
- Train and motivate team members to achieve production goals.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Assist in identifying opportunities to enhance production efficiency and reduce waste.
- Support implementation of lean manufacturing principles.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of production data, including output, downtime, and material usage.
- Report any discrepancies or challenges to the Production Manager.
- **Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure adherence to workplace safety standards and protocols.
- Conduct routine safety inspections and address potential hazards.

**Location : Satpur, Nashik**

**Qualification : Diploma/ B.E Mechanical**

**Experience : Fresher**

**Salary : 10k-15k**

**Note : Immediate joiners preferred.**
