Mep Supervisor

**Supervision and Coordination**:

- Directly supervise MEP teams, including electricians, plumbers, and HVAC technicians.
- Coordinate MEP work with other trades on the project (e.g., construction, architectural).
- Schedule and assign tasks to team members.
- **Quality Control and Compliance**:

- Ensure all MEP work is performed to the required quality standards and specifications.
- Verify compliance with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress and identify any issues.
- **Resource Management**:

- Manage materials, tools, and equipment needed for MEP work.
- Track inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of materials.
- **Problem Solving and Troubleshooting**:

- Diagnose and troubleshoot MEP system malfunctions and failures.
- Develop and implement solutions to resolve issues efficiently.
- Provide technical guidance to team members on complex problems.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including inspections, repairs, and maintenance tasks.
- Prepare reports on project progress, resource utilization, and any encountered issues.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- **Safety Management**:

- Enforce safety procedures and regulations on the job site.
- Promote a safe working environment for all team members.
- Conduct safety briefings and training sessions.
- **Training and Development**:

- Mentor and train junior staff members.
- Provide guidance and support to team members on technical skills and safety practices.
