**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Address queries related to admission requirements, course duration, fee structure, eligibility criteria, and other related topics.
- Assist in scheduling appointments with course coordinators.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest information about the courses and educational institutions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field, preferably in education or counseling.
- Experience working in education and training institutes will be given preference.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the local language as well as English.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with computer systems and software such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Experience in tele-counseling or customer service will be an added advantage.

**Working Conditions**:

- The Educational Tele Counsellor will work from a designated office space or from home.

**Salary**:
**Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.**
