Hiring **Creative Designer** for a Manufacturing industry
Experience : 1-4 Years
Work Location **:Chennai (Perungudi)**

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Creative Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design work.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as **Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Primeier Pro).**
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
Experience with digital design tools and technologies, including UI/UX design principles.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate and justify design decisions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

**Responsibilities**:
Conceptualization and Ideation:

- Generate creative ideas and concepts that resonate with target audiences.
- Brainstorm and collaborate with team members to develop innovative design solutions.
- Translate conceptual ideas into visual representations that effectively communicate key messages.
Graphic Design:

- Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for print and digital media.
Develop brand identities, logos, and marketing materials that reflect the brand's ethos and values.
- Design engaging presentations, infographics, and other visual assets for various communication channels.
Digital Design:

- Produce high-quality designs for websites, mobile apps, and social media platforms.
Optimize user interfaces and user experiences to enhance usability and engagement.
Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to incorporate into digital projects.
Collaboration and Communication:

- Work closely with clients, marketing teams, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Present design concepts and ideas to clients and internal teams, incorporating feedback to refine designs.
- Collaborate effectively with copywriters, marketers, and developers to ensure cohesive and integrated design solutions.
Branding and Visual Identity:

- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all design assets.
Contribute to the evolution of brand identities through innovative design concepts and executions.
Project Management:

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
Prioritize tasks effectively and adapt to changing project requirements and timelines.
Communicate project status, challenges, and successes to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
