Hospital Pharmacist

Wanted **Pharmacist **for a Hospital in Ernakulam district of Kerala.

**Experience**:

- Basic computer: 1 year (preferred)
- Total work: 1 year in hospital (preferred)
- Pharmacist: 1 year (preferred)

Responsible for the ordering, storing and security of drugs and medicines and ensuring adequate supply of medicines at all times.

Communicate and coordinate IP formulary recommendations to doctors and various stakeholders

Review stock quantities of various medicines/consumables, coordinate order fulfillment with various vendors

To provide information and advice about drugs, their side effects, correct dosage, and proper storage to the patients or users.

Accurately dispense medications.

Maintains separate records for specified medicines as per the Drug Rules and removes expired and damaged drugs from the pharmacy inventory.

Keep pharmacy clean & under prescribed temperature and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Help to team by accomplishing related functions as needed.

Responsible for keeping records/ bills updated and generating report as & when needed.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
