**Roles and Responsibilities**

**HR Intern
- Recruitment | Permanent - Work from Home**

**JD: Role & Responsibilities**
- Required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines
- Screen resumes
- Ability to meet daily targets.
- Stay Updated of recruiting trends and best practices.
- Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done as per employment laws and regulations
- Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process

**Skills/Experience**
- Competent professional with over 0 - 1 years of rich experience in Recruiting, Temp Staffing.
- Should be an excellent team player.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills (verbal, written, listening, and presentation).
- Self - motivated, punctual, and well organized.

**Education**: Any Graduate/ Post Graduate in or after 2020 (Age below 28 Years)

This is a Work from the Home assignment.

A person should have good quality Laptop and a high-speed internet connection.

> Timings: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
> Working days: Monday to Saturday; 2nd and 4th Saturday off.

If selected 10 K per month (Gross). (+Mobile Bill)
