- Stabilize patients in critical conditions until specialist intervention is available.
- **Coordination with Specialists**:

- Assist consultants and specialists in patient management.
- Ensure timely communication between departments for tests, surgeries, and follow-ups.
- **Procedures and Treatment**:

- Perform basic procedures such as suturing, IV line insertion, and wound dressing.
- Administer medications and monitor their effects.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate medical records, including admission notes, progress reports, and discharge summaries.
- Prepare reports on clinical outcomes and patient statistics.
- **Supervision and Training**:

- Guide and supervise junior medical staff or interns.
- Participate in clinical training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- **Compliance and Protocols**:

- Adhere to hospital policies, protocols, and legal regulations.
