Looking only for those **Dentists who are very confident in doing molar RCT** and also who are clinically sound, hands on knowledge, smart in communication, fast learner, with basic computer knowledge and an independent practitioner.

**Job Type**: Full Time

Age Limit: 22 years to 35 years

Experience: - Minimum 1 Year to Maximum 3 years

Timings: - Split Shift - Morning 09:30 am to 01:30 pm, and Evening 05:00 pm to 09:00 pm.

Work Days: Wednesday to Monday, Tuesday Week Off. Sunday Timings: 10am to 05 pm.

Location: Chikkabanavara (Hesarghatta Road), Bengaluru

Qualification: BDS with a valid “DENTAL COUNCIL REGISTRATION” and “Professional Indemnity Insurance”.

Software Skills: Typing, computer skills, excel, and any other skill will be an added advantage.

English Level: Spoken and Written.

Spoken Language: Kannada, English, and any other Indian language will be an added advantage.

Job Details:

- Diagnose and provide appropriate dental treatment to patients.
- Communicate with dental staff on our team regarding patient treatment plans.
- Performing dental procedures, such as administer local anesthetics; examine teeth, gums, and related issues using dental instruments, x
- rays, and other diagnostic equipment to evaluate dental health of the patients.
- Should have adequate practical exposure and be able to perform the following tasks excellently and independently:

- Scaling and polishing.
- Tooth Bleaching.
- Restorations (Composite, GIC).
- Tooth extractions (Non
- Surgical).
- Crowns, Bridges & Dentures.
- Root Canal Treatments. (Anterior & posterior)
- Diagnose and treat diseases of gum problems and other periodontal diseases.
- Diagnose and treat diseases of the teeth and gums in children
- Must be able to manage basic procedures and fix appointment with consultants.
- Educating patients by giving oral hygiene instructions & postoperative instructions.
- Assist senior dentist during dental procedures.
- Prescribe medications based on diagnosis and procedures performed.
- Ensure patient record keeping including initial patient data collection.
- Follow-Up with patient On-Compliance and follow-up visits.
- Maintaining records and stock check in the clinic.
- Update, maintain and report MIS as per the directions of Management.
- Work closely with the other clinic staff to assure smooth patient flow.
- Be a part of Brand Promotion activities by participating in Social Media Videos and YouTube Interviews.

SHOULD BE ABLE TO MANAGE CLINIC INDEPENDENTLY.

- 03 months to 01 year on Probation (Based on Experience level), and after probation will be confirmed (Based on Performance).
- Minimum 1 year commitment must.
