**Job Title: MIS CoordinatorJob Summary**:
The MIS Coordinator collects, manages, and analyzes data related to organizational activities, producing regular reports and dashboards. They ensure data accuracy, develop systems for tracking key metrics, and support departments with insights to enhance operational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Management**: Collect, enter, clean, and maintain data in MIS systems or databases.
- **Reporting & Analysis**: Generate daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports for management using tools like Excel, google sheets, google access etc.
- **Database Maintenance**: Ensure the MIS database/system is up to date and functional.
- **Automation & Tools**: Create templates, macros, and dashboards to automate reporting.
- **Coordination**: Liaise between departments to gather requirements and ensure data flows smoothly across systems.
- **Documentation**: Maintain documentation of processes, data flow diagrams, and report formats.
- **Compliance**: Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance with organizational or legal standards.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Proficient in **Microsoft Excel** (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros), **Access**, **Google Sheets** and similar analytics tools.
- Knowledge of **ERP systems**, or custom MIS software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Good communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Time management and ability to meet deadlines.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role (entry-level positions may require less).

**Career Path**:

- MIS Coordinator → MIS Analyst → Data Analyst → MIS Manager or IT Manager

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
