Sales Coordinator

Act as sales Co-coordinator for all customers, suppliers’ enquiries data base out Pan India.
- Coordinate for the annual Sales Budgets & monthly tracking of each sales person wise for their Budgets.
- Consolidate salles & Management reports, participate and attend sales calls and support sales department associates to ensure all sales files, necessary documents are complete, compliant, and close successfully.
- Scheduling up meeting with customers, suppliers and ABC team. Preparing minute of the meeting and share it with all concerns.
- Track & Follow
- up for the samples sent to customers and samples received from suppliers.
- Maintaining sample register in list of samples sent to customers and their feedback (monthwise).
- Co-Ordination with logistics team for pre
- and post-shipments formalities pertaining to assigned countries.
- Maintaining Sharjah office report monthly - Direct Invoicing (customer-wise & supplier-wise), Sales (customer-wise & supplier-wise), Individual file.
**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹29,313.30 per month
