We are having a Service set up in PAN India with a dedicated team of 150 Service Engineers. HYT has developed and established agencies for maintaining our machines on the global platform as well.

**Roles and Responsibilities**

1. Day to day accounting of Non trade and capex invoices (like Advertisement, repairs and maintenance, fixed assets purchase invoices and other service-related invoices, etc)

2. Processing of vendor’s payments

3. monitoring of vendors open advances and follow-up for invoices

4. Periodic vendors’ reconciliations and follow up for closure of open line items.

5. Communication with Purchase officer for Vendor payment, Reconciliation and Advance memo

6. Provisional and prepaid expenses accounting and monthly/quarterly charge off to expenses month end closing of books

7. Employee expenses management. (Expenses bill checking, Booking and payment)

8. Material purchase bill booking and follow up with store for GRR compliance.

9. TDS deduction on payment and Bill booking

10. Prepare MIS report.

**Skills Required**:
1. MS Office excel and word knowledge is required

2. Knowledge of TDS and GST is required

**Qualification**: B. Com/M.Com/MBA/PGDM

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
