**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage physical loading, unloading, storage, identification, and preservation of materials.
- Conduct periodic and annual physical stock verifications.
- Coordinate with the Purchase Department for low-stock and overstock materials; follow up as needed.
- Maintain daily store operations and ensure minimum stock levels are met.
- Place material orders, follow up on deliveries, and process challans.
- Monitor stock levels and material availability regularly.
- Perform quarterly audits of material inventory.
- Manage day-to-day material consumption and inventory using SAP MM T-codes (MIGO, GR, GI, GRN, GT).
- Generate stock summaries, GRNs, and ensure accurate material code documentation.
- Raise material and purchase requisitions with proper justifications and supporting documents.
- Follow up with vendors for pending deliveries, payments, and required compliance (vendor code, GST, registration, etc.).
- Manage all asset entries and tracking through Tally Prime.
- Ensure timely closure of breakdown and PPM (Preventive Maintenance) orders.
- Participate in regular SAP MM Module implementation activities.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly material consumption reports.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2- 3 years of experience in store/material/inventory management.
- Experience with **Tally Prime** for asset and inventory tracking.
- Strong understanding of material management processes, GRN, purchase orders, and inventory control.
- Good communication skills and ability to liaise with vendors and internal departments.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Inventory Management, or related field.
- Experience in manufacturing industry

**Note**:Salary is **negotiable** and will be **based on experience and skill level.**

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
