**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cameraman at Business Tamizha located in Erode. We are seeking a creative and tech-savvy **Cameraman** with a strong eye for visual storytelling tailored to social media platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook. In this role, you will be responsible for shooting dynamic, engaging, and on-trend video content that connects with online audiences and supports brand objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate camera equipment to film short-form and long-form video content optimized for social media platforms
- Collaborate closely with content creators, influencers, and the marketing team to capture planned and spontaneous moments
- Shoot behind-the-scenes content, interviews, tutorials, promotional videos, vlogs, and event coverage
- Set up and manage camera angles, lighting, and audio for studio and on-location shoots
- Ensure videos are framed, lit, and composed for mobile-first formats (vertical and horizontal content)
- Capture high-quality footage in a fast-paced environment with tight turnaround times
- Organize and manage video files, ensuring proper labeling and storage for editors
- Stay updated with content trends, filming techniques, and visual styles popular on social media
- Assist with basic editing, if required, or collaborate with in-house editors

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Cameraman or Videographer, preferably in digital or social media environments
- Proficiency with DSLR/mirrorless cameras (e.g., Sony, Canon, Panasonic) and mobile filming equipment
- Strong understanding of framing, lighting, camera movement, and audio basics for online content
- Ability to shoot engaging vertical (9:16) and horizontal (16:9) video formats
- Creative mindset and ability to adapt to the fast-changing world of digital content
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Flexibility with work hours, including weekends or travel for events and shoots
- Team player with excellent communication skills

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience shooting for platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Stories
- Familiarity with mobile gimbals, lighting kits, and wireless mic setups
- Basic editing skills (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut)
- Passion for social media trends, influencers, and digital content creation
- Portfolio or demo reel showcasing social-first work is highly preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
