**Job Summary**

We are looking for a passionate and result-driven **Digital Marketing Executive** to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing online marketing strategies to increase our brand presence, generate leads, and drive growth across our educational and media businesses.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
- Manage SEO and SEM to improve search rankings and visibility
- Monitor and report website traffic, lead generation, and campaign performance via tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and others
- Design and manage content calendars for social media platforms
- Create engaging content (posts, reels, creatives, captions) aligned with brand voice
- Coordinate with designers, content writers, and video editors for campaign assets
- Monitor trends, competitor activity, and audience behavior to optimize campaigns
- Assist in managing website updates, landing pages, and lead forms
- Track ROI of marketing initiatives and prepare performance reports

**Key Skills Required**:

- Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices
- Good understanding of content marketing and visual storytelling
- Proficiency in tools like Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Suite, and Excel
- Creative thinking and strong communication skills
- Familiarity with AI tools for content generation is a plus

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Media, Communication, or related field
- Certifications in Digital Marketing (Google, HubSpot, etc.) preferred
- Experience with marketing in the education domain is an added advantage
