**Job Overview**:
A **Market Research Associate** with 3 months to 1 year of experience typically takes on tasks that help support the analysis and interpretation of market data to help guide business decisions.

**Primary Responsibilities**:
**1. Data Collection and Research**:

- Assist in gathering data through surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
- Utilize existing reports, articles, and databases for research purposes.

**2. Data Analysis**:

- Analyze data to identify patterns and trends using basic statistical techniques.
- Collaborate with senior analysts to interpret findings and generate insights.

**3. Report Preparation**:

- Contribute to the creation of reports, presentations, and infographics to convey research results.
- Clearly summarize key insights for stakeholders.

**4. Competitor and Industry Analysis**:

- Support the analysis of competitors' strategies, products, and market position.
- Research market trends influencing the business landscape.

**5. Client Engagement**:

- Help present data and findings to internal teams or clients, guided by senior team members.
- Collect feedback on research processes and outcomes.

**6. Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Partner with marketing, product, and sales teams to align research findings with business strategies.
- Aid in strategy development based on market insights.

**Required Skills**:

- Fundamental understanding of research methodologies.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Excel, SPSS, or Tableau.
- High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data collection and reporting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical skills to derive actionable insights from data.

**Educational Background**:

- A degree in business, economics, statistics, marketing, or a related field.
