**Data Scientist **(AI)**

**Job Summary**:
**Essential Skills and Qualifications**:

- **AI/ML Model Development**: Design and develop machine learning models using various algorithms and techniques, such as deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
- **Data Analysis**: Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform AI/ML model development.
- **Data Preparation**: Clean, preprocess, and feature engineer data to prepare it for AI/ML model training and deployment.
- **Model Training and Evaluation**: Train and evaluate AI/ML models using various metrics, such as accuracy, precision, and recall.
- **Communication**: Communicate complex technical concepts and results to non-technical stakeholders, including business leaders and product managers.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with data engineers, software engineers, and other stakeholders to design and implement AI/ML solutions.

**Preferred Technical Skills**:

- **Programming Skills**: Proficiency in programming languages, such as Python, -.
- **AI/ML Frameworks**: Experience with AI/ML frameworks, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn.

**Team Management Responsibilities**:

- Team Management: Lead a team of engineers, providing mentorship and guidance.
- Proven track record of thought leadership and Data scientist in AI or a related domain
- Individual Contribution: Balance leadership with hands-on development

**Soft Skills**:

- Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
