Ecommerce Executive

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our ecommerce team as an Excel and Customer Support Specialist. This role will be responsible for maintaining and updating customer data in Excel as well as contacting customers via phone.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency with Excel and experience working with large, complex spreadsheets
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with telecalling and phone-based customer service
- Knowledge of ecommerce operations and online sales
- Ability to maintain professionalism and positive tone when speaking with customers
- Proactive approach to identifying issues and areas for improvement

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
