Title: Fulfillment Administrator

Location: Mumbai, India
Position Summary:
The fulfilment administrator provides sufficient responses to external customers and is responsible for order processing, overseeing the day-to-day operations of order fulfilment by working closely with the company.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- MIS, reporting, data recording, analysing and validating
- Provides adequate response/information to questions/requests from in and external customers.
- Processes customer complaints and provides status to customers
- Assists in initiatives driving towards a seamless order flow
- Produce ad-hoc data extracts as requested
- Provide recommendations on improvements to existing processes and systemic creation of metrics
- Integrates in-depth speciality area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices; Applies professional judgment in interpreting data and results
- Able to work cross-functionally with other organisations to understand the impacts of metrics results
- Develop/generate operational metrics for use by the Management Team. Provide solutions and recommendations to identified problems/trends
- Develop networks, alliances, and relationships with internal and external contacts within and across functions and organisations to achieve common goals
- Resolves logistic and suppliers' issues or exceptions
- Places parts orders, monitors back orders, expedites deliveries and manages inventory levels to support business requirements.
- Maintains targeted service level objectives by constantly monitoring open service calls suspended for parts.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
- four years of related Supply chain Experience will be preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a related Logistics discipline
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Demonstrates problem-solving/analytical/planning skills gained through formal education, certification and work experience
- Results/solution oriented
- Expertise in Excel, Access and PowerPoint
- Strong leadership and excellent interpersonal skills
- Exhibits a strong sense of urgency
- Work on urgent tasks to completion where it might require working more than daily regular working hours
- Knowledgeable in all Field Logistics Operations processes and procedures will be an advantage
- Knowledge about indirect tax added advantage
- Good PC skills to aid/assist in the completion of essential job responsibilities
