SpeEdLabs, founded by IIT/IIM alumni, is an adaptive practice platform that provides learners with artificial intelligence enabled personalized practice-based learning. Students of CBSE and ICSE boards from class
7th onwards can take advantage of the platform. The platform also helps students prepare for IIT-JEE and
NEET entrance exams.

**Open positions** - Sales and Marketing Intern.
- Working closely with the manager or assigned staff member, and completing all allocated tasks.
- Conducting desktop research, or gathering information through surveys or by speaking to clients and staff.
- Attending and participating in meetings, workshops, events, and exhibitions.
- Liaising with clients, vendors, and suppliers on behalf of the company's managers.
- Updating documents and sales records.
- Reviewing sales performance against sales targets.
- Identifying potential weaknesses and offering improvement suggestions.
- Assisting managers with negotiations.
- Keeping a log of everything learned and delivering presentations to staff and other stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or similar.
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate course for marketing, communications, or in a similar field.
- Familiarity with marketing computer software and social media platforms.
- Good understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have a passion for marketing.
- Outstanding multitasking abilities.
- Degree in marketing, business or similar would be a bonus.
- Strong self-motivation.
- Ability to work alone or as part of a team.
- Proficiency in a foreign language would be advantageous.
- Ability to cope with rejection.
- Ability to remain calm in fast-paced environments.
- Superb interpersonal skills.

**Educational Qualification**:

- UG/PG.

**Location**:

- Various cities in U.P. (Etah, Bareilly, Hathras, Kasganj, Mathura, Ghaziabad, Rampur, Aligarh, Meerut, Shikohabad, Moradabad).
**Stipend**:

- 10,000 INR. per month.
**Internship Tenure**:

- 3 months.
