- Provide feedback on customer interactions to improve our services.
- Assist in resolving customer issues or queries promptly and professionally.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong listening skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Proficiency in [specific software or CRM systems, if applicable].
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
