The ERP Implementation Coordinator will play a critical role in the successful deployment

of the ERP system across the organization. This position serves as the primary liaison

between internal stakeholders, external vendors, and the implementation team. The role

requires strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure

timely and efficient implementation.

**Key Responsibilities:

**1. Project Coordination**:
Assist in developing the ERP implementation project plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project tasks are completed on schedule.

**2. Stakeholder Engagement**:
Act as the primary point of contact between the ERP vendor, internal departments, and

leadership. Facilitate regular meetings to update stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues.

**3. Data Management**:
Oversee data migration, validation, and integrity throughout the ERP implementation process. Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure data is accurate and complete.

**4. System Testing and Training**:
Coordinate system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution in coordination with IT and other stake holders. Organize and facilitate training sessions for end-users to ensure smooth adoption of the ERP system.

**5. Change Management**:
Support the development and execution of change management strategies to promote user adoption and minimize disruption. Document processes, workflows, and system configurations.

**6. Issue Resolution**:
Identify, track, and resolve issues or risks related to the implementation in collaboration with the vendor and internal teams. Escalate critical issues to appropriate stakeholders when necessary.

**Qualifications**:
**1) Education and Experience**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in project coordination, ERP implementation, or related roles.

**2) Technical Skills**:
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).

Proficient in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, MS Project).

**3) Soft Skills**:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage competing priorities.

**4) Certifications (preferred)**:
Relevant ERP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate).

**Key Success Factors**:
Strong ability to navigate complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic implementation environment.

Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
