**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Master Trainer located in Tambaram, Chennai. The Master Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions, developing training materials, assessing training needs, and mentoring trainees. The Master Trainer will also collaborate with various departments to implement training programs that support personal and professional development of trainees. The Master Trainer will be responsible for monitoring and managing Training center requirement and will evaluate and report the manager.

**Academic Qualifications**
- Experience in conducting training sessions and developing training materials
- Ability to assess training needs and adapt programs accordingly
- Mentoring and coaching skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using training software and tools
- Ability to work collaboratively with various departments
- Experience in the non-profit sector or with differently-abled individuals is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Social Work, or related field

**Education Qualifications**
- B.E/M.E/MCA or MBA
- Experience: 3-5 years
- Salary: 18,000/- to 25,000/

- Knowledge of computer systems, networks, and hardware
- Ability to develop teaching curriculum
- Ability to Train differentlyabled students
- Ability to help students get technical certifications

Education
- A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as computer science, IT, or education
- Teaching and leadership experience
- Certifications and licenses
