**Position**: IT Executive
**Location**: Head Office and Factory (3 days at Head Office, 3 days at Factory)
**Experience**: Minimum 3 years
**Salary**: Competitive, based on experience

**About Us**:
We are a growing organization looking for a dedicated IT Executive to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will support and manage various IT operations, ensuring smooth and efficient technology systems at both our head office and factory locations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Head Office Duties (3 days/week)**:

- Maintain and troubleshoot IT systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design, implement, and support IT solutions.
- Assist in managing the company's databases, servers, and cloud services.
- Provide technical support for staff, troubleshoot issues, and offer solutions.
- Oversee security protocols, ensuring data protection and minimizing cybersecurity risks.
- Develop, update, and maintain IT documentation and user manuals.
- **Factory Duties (3 days/week)**:

- Ensure smooth operation of IT systems at the factory, including machinery and automation-related software.
- Implement and maintain communication networks between factory systems and the head office.
- Collaborate with factory staff to address IT needs specific to production and operational efficiency.
- Perform regular hardware and software maintenance at the factory site.
- Support factory teams with troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues affecting daily operations.
- Monitor factory-based equipment for system integrity, performance, and security.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in IT management, technical support, and coding.
- **Technical Expertise**:

- Strong proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++, etc.) and web development.
- Experience with network management, server administration, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.).
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and data protection protocols.
- Familiarity with database management (SQL, NoSQL, etc.) and system integration.
- **Problem Solving**: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex IT-related issues efficiently.
- **Communication Skills**: Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical staff, both in person and via digital platforms.
- **Adaptability**: Willingness to split workdays between the head office and factory, with occasional flexibility to adjust as required.
