**Responsibilities**
- Face to face counseling on sites (Corporates/Educational Insitutions)
- Online counseling (Audio/Video/Chat)
- Conducting Group Sessions
- Conducting Workshops and Webinars
- Delivering Programs
- Involvement in Crisis Management
- Creating Content / Programs

**Qualifications**
- Minimum a Masters in Psychology
- **3+ years** of full-time experience in providing counselling
- Great Communication Skills
- English & Hindi
