**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and design compelling visual materials for both digital and print platforms.
- Create eye-catching graphics, illustrations, and layouts that align with our brand guidelines and resonate with our target audience.
- Produce engaging motion graphics, animations, and video content to enhance our digital presence and marketing campaigns.
- Transform complex concepts and ideas into visually appealing and easy-to-understand graphics.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to project timelines and delivering high-quality work on schedule.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of current design trends, techniques, and best practices.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas and concepts for various projects.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 2 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other relevant design tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including both static and motion graphics.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation principles is preferred.
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and explain design concepts.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering pixel-perfect designs.
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a passion for staying up-to-date with design trends and industry developments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
