**Job description**

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Fresher with an MBA in Marketing & Sales to join our team as a Marketing & Sales Executive in our school at **WHITEFILED**. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our school, generating new leads, and contributing to our sales efforts.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Learn about our school and understand parents requirements
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our school
- Conduct market research to identify potential students and target markets
- Build and maintain relationships with parents and potential parents
- Attend trade shows and other events to showcase our school
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
- Ability to understand different products and be able to give solutions to customers.
- MBA graduates with a flair for entrepreneurship in any field may apply.
- Ability to Influence and Negotiate Interpersonal and Communication Skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Dynamic Hardworking & Punctual in Nature

**Education**

PG: MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Operations
