**Position Overview**: The KG Coordinator manages and oversees the daily operations, curriculum planning, and overall performance of the kindergarten section. This role involves providing leadership, ensuring a nurturing and stimulating environment for children, and supporting staff to deliver high-quality early childhood education.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead and manage KG teaching staff, including teachers and assistants, ensuring effective classroom management.
- Ensure adherence to safety, health, and regulatory standards for the well-being of children.
- Plan, develop, and oversee the implementation of age-appropriate educational programs and activities aligned with school curriculum and early childhood development standards.
- Ensure a balance of play-based and structured learning activities that foster physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development.
- Supervise and provide professional guidance to kindergarten teachers through coaching, mentoring, and regular performance reviews.
- Identify and arrange professional development opportunities for staff to enhance teaching skills and methodologies.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with parents, keeping them informed of their child’s progress and the school’s policies and programs.
- Address parental concerns and collaborate on strategies to support children’s growth and learning at home.
- Monitor and assess children’s individual progress and development, addressing learning or behavioral concerns proactively.
- Foster an inclusive, supportive, and stimulating environment where every child feels valued.
- Oversee classroom and resource management, ensuring all supplies, tools, and facilities are in optimal condition.
- Collaborate with school administration on budgeting, resource allocation, and strategic planning for the kindergarten program.
**Required Qualifications & Skills**:
**Education**: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field. A master’s degree or further specialization in education is an advantage.
**Experience**: Previous experience as a teacher and/or coordinator in early childhood education; experience in leadership roles preferred.
**Skills**: Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and children; in-depth knowledge of early childhood education practices.
**Personal Attributes**: Patience, empathy, creativity, and passion for working with young children.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
