**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide expert legal advice and support on company matters.
- Draft, review, and manage various legal documents including contracts, agreements, MoUs, NDAs, etc.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings and liaise with external legal counsel when required.
- Ensure company’s compliance with statutory, regulatory, and legal requirements.
- Handle labor law issues, employee disputes, and any litigation involving the company.
- Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations and advise management accordingly.
- Maintain legal records and documentation systematically.
- Assist in risk management strategies from a legal perspective.

**Requirements**:

- LLB/LLM degree from a recognized university.
- Must be a licensed advocate with the Bar Council of India.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate legal matters.
- Proven experience in handling court cases, contract management, and compliance.
- Excellent knowledge of corporate, labor, and commercial law.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and drafting skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple legal tasks.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive matters.
- Proficient in MS Office and legal research tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift
