This key role within Brennan’s Voice and Data team is to play a major role in the provisioning ticket life cycle by processing new and cease contracts to required tickets in our CRM system to further process / provision required services to our clients. The role will provide support to Provisioning Coordinators and Project Managers where PM’s are aligned, acting as a second contact to the customers, suppliers, and internal staff.
- Responsible for understanding the documented process and converting the contracts received into tickets in our CRM tool
- Responsible for Validating and processing Cease contracts, working on carrier cancellations, cease clean-ups and router recoveries.
- Managing carrier delivery milestones ensuring the agreed Service Levels and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are met
- Responsible for carrier, sub-contractor, supplier relationship and processes management
- Responsible for cross functional coordination to perform order management
- Maintaining internal and customer communication during the process
- Maintaining the desired quality standards for processing each of the order
- Responsible for documentation of orders and updating internal knowledge database
- Interact with relevant business leaders to identify recurring issues and derive the root cause and permanent solution
