**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**Roles and responsibilities**:
Accountable for - 1) resolve customer queries through Calls, E-Mail, Business Whatsapp, Inbox, Messenger. 2) Take feedback from all the delivered customers.3) Co-ordinate with customer support team + warehouse team + shipment team.
- Experience (0.5 - 5 Years)
- Age Limit - Maximum 35 years
- Qualification - Minimum Graduation
- Job Type - Full Time
- Job Timing - 9:30 am - 6:30 pm (Monday - Saturday)
- Salary - 12k - 20k inhand depending upon Communication Skills and Experience.
**NOTE **: This is not a target base job.
