Job Description:Job Title: Paediatrics - Hospital - Gondia

Job Responsibility

Patient Care:
Provide critical care to newborns in NICU and children in PICU.
Diagnose and manage conditions such as respiratory distress, infections, and organ dysfunction.
Perform emergency procedures like intubation, resuscitation, and central line placement.

Monitoring and Management:
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments based on clinical outcomes.
Develop individualized care plans for critically ill patients.

Collaboration and Communication:
Work with neonatologists, intensivists, and other specialists for comprehensive care.
Counsel families about the patient’s condition and treatment options.

Documentation and Compliance:
Maintain detailed medical records and adhere to hospital protocols.
Participate in case reviews and continuous medical education.Key Skills:Our hospital is a NABH corporate set up with all facilities to take care of even Super specialty patients.

We don't provide any accommodation but our Admin team will help and support in identifying relevant options.
