As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers or clients with the objective of generating leads, promoting products or services, or scheduling appointments. You will be an integral part of our sales or customer service team, contributing to the achievement of sales targets and maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using a prepared script or guidelines provided by the company.

Introduce and explain the company's products or services to potential customers in a clear and compelling manner.

Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and listening skills to understand customer needs and preferences.

Provide accurate information about product features, pricing, and promotions to encourage customer interest and engagement.

Address any questions or concerns raised by customers and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues to the relevant department.

Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during interactions with customers, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Record details of each call, including customer information, feedback, and outcomes, accurately in the company's database

Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with telemarketing regulations and data protection laws.

Qualifications and Skills:
Excellent verbal communication skills and a pleasant telephone manner.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.

Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets and delivering results.

Ability to handle objections and rejection professionally and persistently.

Good organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Basic computer skills

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
