Currently SF has been implementing projects worth Rs 80 Crore across India directly or with the help of grassroot organizations, primarily CSR funded projects of varied scale both in urban slums and rural areas including aspirational districts in thematic areas mentioned above. The wealth of knowledge emanated from the same is immense, however the same is grouped in systematic manner which can be used for pitching for large projects of long term in nature leading to data driven knowledge products which can be further used in creating large scale impact.

**Job Summary**

Understands women health-related issues, Govt. health schemes for women, etc. Good communication skills to successfully work with all the stakeholders and good networking within the community
- Responsible for the activities under Women Empowerment project at the ground as per the Work Plan given by the Coordinator.
- Support to strengthen linkages with concerned Govt. Dept. /community health workers/ local CBOs / other stakeholders.
- Ensure timely reporting as per required formats.
- Represent Smile Foundation at various forums in the community and Govt. departments
- Ensure cost effective implementation of the project activities
- To perform all other tasks as assigned from time to time by reporting manager and other senior
- Persons/ colleagues of Smile Foundation.

**Experience & Skills**
- Minimum High School pass with relevant field experience
- Experience of working in surveys, or assisting in any community activity
- Knowledge of computer skills will be an advantage
