**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound and inbound calls to potential teachers and guardians.
- Explain the registration process, institute policies, and available services in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of all communications, inquiries, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate effectively between guardians and teachers to ensure proper scheduling and placement.
- Handle queries with patience, clarity, and professionalism.
- Support the management team in achieving monthly performance and registration targets.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in **English, Hindi, and Bengali.**:

- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or educational coordination will be preferred.
